What are the shipping and/or collection costs?


Free shipping to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other destinations outside Spain, consult rates.

Return collection: Return shipping costs will be borne by Pato Garabatos, SL provided that the return is due to an error by Pato Garabatos, SL or the carrier.

Transport and delivery times:

Products purchased on the website will be delivered within 48/72 hours from receipt of the order and payment deposit if made by card, although this period may be altered due to special circumstances of the item, stock problems, logistics issues or force majeure; in these cases the selling company will inform of the expected delivery time. Pato Garabatos, SL is responsible for any defects or damages that the item may present and that are attributable to it.

Returns

Due to lack of customer-user satisfaction.
Due to error, fault or negligence of the carrier.
Because the customer did not accept delivery or did not collect it because he was absent from the delivery.
Due to a seller's error.

Right of withdrawal: The buyer will have 14 days to return the product that he/she does not like, and in this case must assume the cost of the return.

This must be done with its original packaging and labeling and properly protected, and the product must be in perfect condition for use and preservation.

The exercise of this right may be carried out by email, to the address indicated info@joyeriasuyza.com, with the following wording: "Hereby I inform you/we inform you that I/we are withdrawing from my/our contract of sale of the following good/– Ordered on/received on …"

Products that have been used, damaged or broken as a result of lack of care or negligence will not be accepted. Likewise, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for personalized or engraved items requested by the customer.

The seller will proceed within 7 business days following the return of the purchase (or until said return is justified) to refund the price paid (including delivery costs) and by transfer to the current account designated by the customer, and once it has been verified that this is not a case of incorrect return.

2.- If the order is returned to its origin because the logistics company could not deliver it to the recipient due to its fault, error or negligence, Pato Garabatos, SL will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

3.- However, in the event that the logistics company has operated correctly, and the delivery cannot be made, due to circumstances attributable to the customer (rejection, or lack of receipt at the address indicated due to unreported absences) Pato Garabatos, SL will not be responsible for the reshipment.

4.- In the case of a return due to the part being broken or damaged, the costs of return and reshipment will be the exclusive responsibility of the seller if these defects are not attributable to the buyer or are not the fault of the selling party.

5.- Finally, Pato Garabatos, SL will be responsible for the costs of return and subsequent reshipment, when a return has been made due to an error by the seller. The customer may opt for a refund of the purchase amount.

2. Object

2.1 These conditions govern the use of the website that Pato Garabatos, SL makes available to its users and customers. Purchases in the Store may be made from Spain, including the entire peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands. Pato Garabatos, SL may authorise purchases from abroad, which will be subject to shipping costs.

2.2 These General Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all of which are legal provisions that must be applied.

2.3 Pato Garabatos, SL may modify them without prior notice, so it recommends that you consult them periodically, especially when you intend to make effective use of the services offered, more specifically its online store. However, Pato Garabatos, SL always undertakes to keep them updated, to publish the latest version and to allow access and printing at any time.

3. Conditions of access and purchase

3.1 Access to the Pato Garabatos, SL Portal is free and grants the person who does so the status of User, regardless of subsequent use of the services offered.

3.2 The User must register in order to purchase from our store by completing a form, which will involve assigning personal credentials consisting of a unique identifier (which will be the email address) and a password, the preservation and safekeeping of which will depend exclusively on the User, who must operate with them with due diligence. Therefore, Users will not use passwords other than their own to impersonate other Users when using the store or any other service on the Website.

Notwithstanding the above, purchases will also be permitted without prior registration, but in any case the form must be completed in order to identify the buyer and the delivery address.

3.3 The acquisition of products in the Store may only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age, who must follow the steps and instructions that will accompany the entire purchasing process, consisting, by way of example only: (Yo) Completion of the registration form or the identification form for previously registered users; (ii) On-screen display of the order summary, delivery conditions and shipping costs – if applicable; ( iii) Acceptance of purchase conditions, which implies the reading, understanding and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions, as well as, where applicable, the existing Particular Conditions and (iv) immediate receipt of a summary email in the account used during registration or – failing that – as soon as possible and always within the next twenty-four hours.

3.4 The purchase of products in the store for subsequent distribution or resale is not permitted, whether in public establishments or in the home. Pato Garabatos, SL will regulate and authorize the necessary permits if it ever allows it, and will duly notify the authorized agent of said authorization.

4. Products offered and information available

4.1 The Products available in the store will display their intended characteristics and compositions in accordance with Law 17/1985, of July 1, on objects made of precious metals, as well as an illustrative image of the product they represent. The catalogue will also contain a unit selector with which you can choose the desired quantity to include in your shopping cart.

4.2 The prices indicated are in euros (identified by the € symbol) and include VAT and any other applicable taxes and will always be the current ones. In this case, the purchase summary screen will also show the shipping costs of the order to the User's address, which will always be, if applicable, the responsibility of the seller.

4.3 Pato Garabatos, SL reserves the right to cancel a purchase when it has been produced by an obvious informational or typographical error, which will be notified to the user as soon as possible, cancelling any charge to the account that has been produced.

4.4 The store has a specific section for promotions, although it will be duly indicated on the screen when the purchase of a product is discounted. It will always be the power of Pato Garabatos, SL to decide which products are within this category and which Users can purchase in these circumstances, which may change at any time.

5. Payment methods, delivery and right of withdrawal.

5.1 Once the products have been selected, the prices and the total of the shopping cart will be displayed, as well as the shipping costs, all before proceeding to payment, which can only be made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum and Bank Transfer, with the authorization of payment by bank transfer being at the discretion of Pato Garabatos, SL. The User must follow all the instructions that appear on the screen, providing the information provided to successfully complete the operation.

5.2 Pato Garabatos, SL has contracted a payment gateway in its store that complies with the security standards required in electronic commerce, so all data transmitted will be encrypted to guarantee maximum security through the HTTPS protocol, so the User has the guarantee that the transaction will be carried out safely.

5.3. Pato Garabatos, SL will deliver the products purchased by the User to the address indicated for this purpose on the order form, as soon as possible and, in any case, always before seven (7) working days from the date of the order, or the payment deposit, if made by card. The shipping costs will be assumed by the Customer, which will be duly indicated during the purchasing procedure, before the sale is completed, unless otherwise indicated by Pato Garabatos, SL. This period will not apply to those articles whose parts are exclusively manufactured, which will be identified as such in the product description.

5.4 The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the effective receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal on the total purchase or on some of the products, with the customer being responsible for the return costs. Returns will only be accepted when the product is in identical delivery conditions, retaining all the original characteristics, such as packaging or labeling.

5.5 This right may not be exercised in the following cases: (Yo) Products engraved, personalized or made according to the user's specifications and (ii) products already used.

5.6 Once we receive the return notification, the price paid for the returned products will be refunded, which will be processed by the same payment method used by the user in the purchasing process.

5.8 The return will not be subject to any formality, it being sufficient to send us a communication to the aforementioned means of identification and to send us the purchased items, before the deadline, to the address: C/ Santo Domingo, N60, Centro Comercial Xesta, Local 13, 32004, Ourense. However, Pato Garabatos, SL has made available to the User a form to exercise their will to withdraw from part or all of the purchase.

5.9 If Pato Garabatos, SL is unable to fulfil the User's order due to a lack of stock at the time of purchase, this will be communicated through the website itself or it will be notified as soon as possible, offering another alternative or similar product or even the cancellation of the order and the payment of the transaction made.

5.10 Pato Garabatos, SL guarantees the utmost diligence and responsibility in the processing and management of purchases and shipments, but in no case can it guarantee delays or non-compliance due to external causes or events beyond its control (labor or transport strikes, inclement weather, natural disasters, etc.).

6. Warranty

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Pato Garabatos, SL offers a two-year guarantee on all its products from delivery and we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or refund the amount of the product. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us through the contact methods provided above.

This warranty does not cover possible breakages or wear caused by use. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

8. Applicable legislation

7.1 These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The resolution of conflicts or disputes will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of La Coruña, except in cases where the forum corresponds to the domicile of the buyer.

7.2 However, we may establish consumer arbitration as a system for resolving disputes, in which case this will be the ordinary means of resolving discrepancies.
